"Before we begin the moving process, we kindly request that you personally carry all your valuable belongings such as jewelry, important documents, cash, key and other valuables."

"Reminder: Please switch off your fridge at least 12 hours before shifting. We cannot take responsibility for any issues such as gas leakage."

"For long-distance moves, major items must be packed in double layers for added protection."

"For Local Shifting, packing materials provided by SPM are returnable and must be returned within 3-5 days after unloading. If the customer wishes to keep the materials, the following charges apply: Box – ₹75 each, Cloth Sheet – ₹550 each."

"SPM is not liable for any internal damage or technical malfunction of electronic items such as refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, etc., that may occur during the move."

"Payment Terms: Booking Confirmation: ₹2,000 (Advance) At Loading Point: 80% of the total amount At Unloading Point: Remaining 20%"

"Please note that traveling with the truck is permitted only if the driver agrees. It is entirely at his discretion, and we cannot insist on it."

"In case of any union-related issues, the customer shall be responsible for resolving them."

"Any changes in distance, floor level, rope work or the number of items may increase additional charges."

"In case a tax invoice is needed for reimbursement, GST will be charged over and above the quoted price."

"All electronic appliances (except AC) must be uninstalled and reinstalled by the customer. AC removal can be arranged starting at ₹750."

"SPM will not be held responsible for any damage to marble items, fish tanks, glassware, plant pots, or electrical appliances during the move."

"If the residence is located on the first, second, third floor or higher, rope lifting charges may be slightly higher due to increased labor and effort. In certain complex or risky situations, rope lifting may not be possible."

"Packing charges may vary depending on the vehicle size and distance between cities."

"Packing costs are calculated based on the required quantity of packing materials and the number of floors involved."

"AC units and Damro furniture dismantling and reinstallation services are available at a minimal extra charge, which is billed separately from the packing cost."

"It is mandatory to submit a photocopy of the RC and insurance documents if you are transporting a two-wheeler along with household goods."

"Transportation - Eicher Open Truck + waterproof tarpaulin or Closed Vehicle (2500-3500 Extra For Bill Amount ).
